Article XVIII:

Article XIX:
Composite resources:
First: the Society resources consist of the following:
A - affiliation fees to the Society paid by the people ( legal persons and natural persons ) to gain membership .
B - Annual subscription fees paid by members.
C - The enrollment fee and subscription fees go under the Financial Regulations of the Society, which was approved by the General Secretariat.
D - Gifts, grants and assistance to be provided for the Society from others.
E - The return from the activities of commercial arbitration fee (domestic and international) in the resolution of disputes arising from civil and commercial contracts, which respond to the Society , in addition to revenue from consulting and training activities provided by the Society is .
Second: shall be kind about under budget and final accounts prior to approval by the General Secretariat to external audit by specialized companies or offices, whether in Egypt or abroad.
Thirdly: It is not permissible for the members of the Secretariat and members of the General Authority to enter into business contracts with the institution or have interest with them.
Fourth: funds and financial returns of the compound shall be deposits by it’s with Arab bank or others and may open current accounts and savings accounts on behalf of the Society.
Fifth: The fiscal year of the Society start from the first of the month of (January) of each year and ends on the last (December) of the same year, with the exception of Foundation year which starts from the date of the certificate of registration of the compound of the competent authorities and ending on the last December of the year itself.
Article XX
Society Recordings
1 - Daily Record year: Record restricts where all financial transactions daily.
2 - Ledger: a specialized registry proves income and expense processes.
3 - Fixed asset register: log which restricts all financial assets and extinction.
Article XXI
A - Society dissolution or liquidation
First: the compound shall be dissolved according to these cases :
By a decision of the General Secretariat and the two-thirds majority of its members .
B - the absence of purposes established the purposes intended.
C - its violation of the laws and legislation of the host country .
D - to condemn the Society with political activity or violation of the public order and morality .
Second: the compound under liquidation the following administrative and legal procedures:
A - appoint a legal liquidation as well as a chartered accountant to determine the assets and debts that it is and it .
B - the liquidation announcement is published in the local press and publicize the name of the liquidator and chartered accountant .
C - the public authority shall a transfer of issued to the remaining decision of the compound and its money to an Arab charity after payment of debts and financial obligations that his trust .
Article XXII:
The ownership of the funds Compound:
The ownership of the funds in Society in the event of dissolution or liquidation of assets and financial returns of all funds registered in the name of the compound after liquidated devolve into an Arab charity .
Article XXIII:
General Provisions
First: unless it is otherwise provided in this system statute applies are about :
A - the decisions of the Assembly.
B - Board of Trustees.
C - The provisions of the legislation of the head office country which relevant Chamber of Commerce and international commercial arbitration centers similar to its activity and its objectives .i
Second: The Commission is invited to the founding meeting, three months after the adoption of the general assembly of the statute.
Third: must not contradict this Statute with Arabic laws and regulations.
Fourth: This system is considered valid and binding to the members of the Society from the date of approval of the constituent body deposited with the “Arab arbitration Society - the Arab Republic of Egypt.” And the announcement about the compound and based in some Egyptian and Arab newspapers
