Article VI:
Means to achieve goals :
1 - The means by which the Society follow in order to achieve its objectives , is across the Arbitration Board , which is arbitral tribunals to resolve disputes through the issuance of decisions in cases that consider it.
2 - The establishment of training courses and workshops for the preparation of the arbitrators and experts.
3 - Set up training courses on international investment contracts .
Article VII:
Organizational Structure of the Society :
A - the Society shall compose of the bodies and divisions that it deems necessary for its activities and achieve its objectives .
B - The Society regulatory bodies consisting of as following:
1 - the public authority .
2 - The General Secretariat and its administrative units.
3 - Arbitration Council.
4 - List of international arbitrators.
5 - The list of experts who specialize in Society activities.
C - The Society operates under the rules of arbitration and legal statute governs and it regulates the activities and working procedures of arbitration and administrative regulations.
D – In addition the Society operates under legal rules for arbitration in accordance with the recommendations of the Model Law of the United Nations ( uoncitral ) .
Article VIII:
Membership Terms and conditions :
First: Membership :
Membership is granted to natural and legal persons who wish to belong to the Society and are of two types :
A - a founding member: required to be of persons ( natural or legal ) who endorsed the decision to establish the compound and its statute and commit to it .
B - Member active: natural or legal persons and their interests and objectives of the activities of the compound and are committed to its basic system .
Second: The conditions of membership:
To accept membership in the Society ( as a founding member or active ) requires the following :
A - to be of Arab citizens and holds a qualification or experience accumulated in the field of commercial arbitration.
B - Must be a moral person of Arab organizations or companies and the home of its location in one of the Arab countries and its commercial interest shall located within the activity and the objectives of the compound.
C - User’s commitment to the core of the Society system and what issue of regulations, instructions and decisions concerning the activities of the Society objectives.
D – following the accepting the person ( legal entity or natural) in the membership of the Society he shall enjoy full rights set forth in this Statute, in terms of participation in the activities of the compound different and vote on decisions personally or on behalf of the nomination for his positions over the continuation of membership unless stopped or fall for some reason . Each member shall have one vote , whether a founding member or a member of a factor. Member accept signing the minutes of the compound in writing , both signed ( manual line ) or e- signature .
