Arbitration clause UNCITRAL Model (Special Arbitration)

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the contract A, violating its terms or dissolution or annulment shall settled by arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules established by the United Nations International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) as they are currently in force.
